i mean as long as the code and assets have been archived via wayback machine it seems possible. tho it could take a while..

This chrome addon with this theme should do the job. I know it's the 2015 theme but it the closest I could find. I'm sure there's something like that with the 2012 theme. A similar 2004 theme if that's more of what you want.

Give it 10 more years, and people will think that the 2012 redesign, was part of old Newgrounds.
