I got a thread in the art forum, but that's for art in general, I'll have something here for random stuff I make animated or something I'm currently working on. This animated sequence I made in blender is my first attempt at animating something. It's choppy, but I'll get better in time.

Third edit: Let me try again since I remade the gif significantly smaller. I wasn't aware there was a size limit for gifs before uploading. I'll remember that next time.

This is going to be a lot of fun animating stuff, the future looks bright.

I did this using a bash script and other terminal commands to make an ASCII loading bar. Thought I just do it because why not. Maybe I'll do more like this in the future.

OpenToonz and its sister project Tahoma2D is pretty cool. Buggy at times, but tolerable.

I decided for nostalgia sake open back up my copy of macromedia flash 8 and made this using a AS2 VCam. I had to export as swf and then to mp4 using the excellent newgrounds application called swivel (right here) and then convert again online to gif. I might use flash 8 just for sprite stuff because I can't think of anything more convenient than flash really. If anything, I would use it just for sprite animation, krita or blender for anything else.
