is there a way to get audio in Krita to not sound shitty?

I recently switched from Adobe Animate to Krita, and I'm used to flash having that whole thing where audio plays when you scrub thru the timeline. While Krita does have it, its choppy and it makes lip syncing a pain in the ass to do. Is there a way to fix this or am I going to have to resort to using dope sheets?

I know. That's a huge problem. I'd do it in a hybrid way. I'd do guides for the lip synchig in a program that supports audio better like Sony Vegas. By guides I mean like placeholder frames for the lip animation. and then draw the actual lip shapes in Krita.

I don't think so. Audio support seems to be pretty bad currently. To even get animation to run smoothly I had to change some settings

This is a known bug, 5.2 coming out this august or september will have MAJOR improvements to the audio and further enhancements in later versions. For now, the devs strongly recommend using a video editor to add the audio. Because it's using the really crappy qt built in sound support, and the switch to MLT which is what kdenlive uses will be a major improvement.

I used to feel that pain but I dont think there is a way to fix it, or just use something else if you want. good to know at least Im not the only one that had that problem and used krita.

Ngl I gave up and just went back to using adobe animate after I attempted to fix the problem using dopesheets

How about only doing the lip animation in Adobe, and the rest in Krita?
