Its stealth mechanic is broken as hell

I managed to rob the entirety of the supplies from those NCR guys at that one side quest. Mind you, I was on their/king's side on this, And I even stole a bribe from someone.

This game is hell, I love it, I plan to rob the silver rush next once I empty out items.
