Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Yosos, and I do pixel art. It's been a while since I've worked on pixel art due to studying and other commitments. I'm worried that I haven't improved in this art form. Can you help me?

Hi yosos. I remember you, because there are not many of us who do this sort of thing.
Its not really my responsibility nor (my wish) to dictate to you which direction you should go with pixel art animation.
You should find an artist you like and break apart the elements you like in their work, which can be anything really, a rendering style, color choices or even how they use or dont use AA, then add those elements to your own work.
Its clear you understand the basic elements of motion, color and the pixel art medium in general so its up to you to choose a path to go.
