also no halloween sections anymore :(
anyone here still using old flash versions and techniques for that old early 2000’s feel? I’d like to give a try at making some funny adult videos and uploading them here.
thats one thing newgrounds can use to compete with youtube, to publish all the videos that aren’t allowed on youtube lol
They're mostly in M, since M-rated ones still can get picked up by P-Bot but A-rated ones aren't, and if you want to get some awards on your work (which most people want) - just make E, T or M stuff.

@Piconjo still makes something similar if you want to see something like that but other than him... I don't think so.

Well, for what I saw, it seems like there's only 3D animations! The 2D ones are often disappearing quickly in the UJ section and then frontpaged but quicky skipped by other 2D animations that met the same fate!

If you’re not seeing any Adult rated things at all, it may be because you haven’t put your birth date into your NG profile. Tom put the age barrier back up, so now no one can see A-rated stuff unless they’re logged into NG and have given their birth date confirming that they’re an adult.

I ONLY use old school animation techniques, Newgrounds has become too stale and vanilla (I'm not gonna give examples) but I feel this is to do with the ever changing culture (a faith worse than death imo). Alot of cartoons in the past had alot more rawness and emotion to them (look at Ren and Stimpy, Early Looney Tunes) I feel like this was because people had less protected lives and had lived through genuine emotions enough to project them onto drawings (similar thing is happening with modern acting)
Check out my stuff if you like fucked up/offensive content, just be warned some of it's pretty politically incorrect if that bothers you - just letting ya know there ARE people out there who think like you
