A game that ended in “-naut”

I’m trying to remember the name of an Armor Games game, I think one that ran on Flash, that was about a microscopic robot in a petri dish. The player could wheel around the environment and manipulate molecules or something. It had a minimalist, mostly white and gray art style, and it was called something ending in “naut”.

What the heck was it called, and if you do know, is it back up?

Thank you so much. Off to bounce around and listen to the funky electric polka that’s been playing in my head off and on for years.

Update: It runs slower than it used to, especially when more than one physics calculation is being made at the same time.

Hoping Flashpoint gets an update to improve performance in the future.

Oh, Armor Games doesn't use Flashpoint. Flashpoint is just... Flash offline. Runs natively. Armor Games is using Ruffle emulation. Doesn't look like Ruffle is quite yet there yet for this game. You can play Protonaut on original software using Flashpoint.
