I've come to the realisation that I haven't actually played much games in my life as I'd like to so I'd like to get some recommendations on games you think everyone should play and experience at least once

If you have friends to play with, totally grab Borderlands 2. one of the best co-op games I have played.
Read Dead Redemption 2
God of War 3
Persona 5 Royal
Fallout 4
Terraria

I think you like RPGs
Undertale isn't my absolute favorite game of all time but I still think it's the game everyone should play, more than anything else on my list.

Mark Brown's will have to do it for me.
Portal:
Best fps puzzle to introduce nongamers.
Minecraft:
The logic is it's own thing, and it works well. Learning basics like sand falls, dirt does not; zombies can pick up items; mobs get stuck in boats and minecarts; carpet allows only the player to jump over a fence, and so on. You can only experience minecraft logic in minecraft because most of these things are used. The game is meant to be exploited and given meaning by the player. Once you learn the basic logic, some may be interested in commands.
God of War games:
Persistence, strategy, and story
Deltarune:
The most funky and Groovy game ever. Undertale also displays unity with game play, art, and music.
I could go on but I'm on break at work and My break is ending
i was hoping maybe someone could help me from the hey yay way back in the day times from the webs sites original format. Im looking for a game thats a web browser on here and it plays sort of like Xcom but more pixel artish and it had stages. would anyone happen be able to direct me to this game if it is still available so i could maybe complete it and someone asked me if i could find it again but the format of this web site aint like it used too so i dont know if its still here im a check myself but thought i'ld just ask because it is a must play.
I'd highly recommend Cyberpunk 2077 and Cruelty Squad
Some good RPG recommendations in the thread. I'd add Final Fantasy X and Persona 4 Golden if you end up enjoying that type of game. Zelda Ocarina of Time still holds up really well, imo it's still the best one, but in general Zelda is an amazingly consistent series. The OG Mega Man X is a great 2D platformer.

katana zero trust me bro
I highly recommend Don't Starve Together. I guarantee, you'll SUCK at it at first. In fact, I usually don't play over fifteen days in a session; however, the mechanics are really fun to learn, and there is always something else to challenge you. It's probably not good for beginners, but it's very dear to me.
The other one I have to suggest is Team Fortress 2. They just had a summer update and are doing pretty well at keeping bots away. I normally wouldn't suggest it, but I HATED shooters until I played TF2, so I think it's worth a shot if you're open to exploring :)
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles
Super Mario World
От каждого по способностям, каждому по потребностям
