And only recently got around to playing? Gears of War 2 was sitting on my Xbox library for a very long time like 7 years and I finally got to beating it only a few months ago

Probably the Steam version of Quake and its expansions - That is until the remaster update came out.

Nice to finally play with music and achievements!

Same goes for the Quake 2 expansions.

A truly prophetic sig...

For me it's definitely Luigi's Mansion 3 for the Switch. I preordered it when it first came out in 2019, but I still haven't gotten around to playing. Even 5 years later I still have my plastic on my copy.

I'll get around to it once school calms down but that has to be the longest wait for me lol

Look at him go in that go-kart!

Please play the game. Geniuenly one of the best games on Switch. It's a must buy for Switch owners in my eyes.

Look at him spin

Dominance.

I don't even remember what this game was about, it was like top-view battle royale or smth like that

My buddy has my PS5 set to his master console, so I can play all of his games again.

That means I've got access to all sorts of games.

I JUST finished a playthrough of Chrono Cross.

Up next will probably be a bit of Demon's Souls, REZ, RE4 DLC - (Separate Ways), D00M & D00M Eternal, Bloodstained: RotN, Shadow of the Colossus, Resident Evil: Revelations 2... etc.

I've already beaten a few of these, but I still need to get trophies, or complete DLC for those.

SO

MANY

GAMES

Also...the last game I bought and didn't get around to playing was D00M 3.... so thats on the list somewhere also.

Bug Fables and Scribblenauts Unmasked immediately came to my mind.

Take it with a grain of salt, I am slower than a snail.

I got Final Fantasy X/X-2 for the switch around 2021. The game actually doesn't include X-2 initially but there's a code included that you use for the Eshop and you can download there for free. I finally get around to using the code about 2 weeks ago and very surprised it still works.

Played Shadow Warrior (1997) for the first time, ever.

It's like an Asian-themed version of Duke Nukem 3D.

I guess being right next to Sons of the Forest in my Steam library (and me accidentally clicking on it and seeing screenshots) made me curious enough to play it.

I must have gotten it in the Apogee/3D Realms game pack in the 2000s or early 2010s.

Tasty Blue... ._. Or tombraider 1-6 on the PC.

Join The Rat Cult and grasp firmly.

Psychonauts. One morning, my cousin's PS2 crossed the Jordan and he gave me a ton of games. From the sea of games I got there were games like Snake Eater, Deus Ex and San Andreas. With so much stuff to go through, I passed through Psychonauts, thinking it had a sick looking cover, but told myself I would play later.

Years go by, I get older and move to other things. But pandemic happened and there I was surrounded by so many things I never gave a chance to play. I choose it randomly. I play for a bit and I think to myself: "Damn, this is awesome. How did I let it pass for so long?"

Ever tried smoking hemlock from a Monster can?

Shit's better than eating nails without milk for breakfast.

Hemlock - A new animation coming soon

I don't have a game-library per say, I do have old PS2, PS3, and the Gameboy games somewhere in my basement, I have two baskets of them.

SM/AMA/FAQs (Now both are ready, well sort of) My shortcuts

I had New Super Mario Bros for the DS for a while now.

Still have Abe's New & Tasty sitting in my switch case. I really should get to playing it sometime soon because its a work of art.

DragonQuest 8

I was told it was really good, but I don't give a shit about dragons, so I didn't play it.

I have played through 3 times. SO MUCH FUN!

I Wanna Maker on Steam. I had it for a while and decided to play it more recently. I actually enjoy it alot! It's like Mario Maker but better. It's also based of IWBTG so you know it's good.

Not working on Nightmare Cops.

Also last post.

I was quite excited for Pillars of Eternity since it promised to be, and seemed to be delivering, on a spiritual sequel to Baldurs Gate 1 and 2. (No, 3 doesn't count.)

It's probably the most clear cut example of how you can emulate something great as best as you can and still fail to deliver. The world they created is about as boring as it can possibly get and no matter how hard I tried I lose interest halfway through or far before that.

Pillars of Eternity 2 is amazing though, because character building is fun, everything is no longer "balanced" into utter sameness, and being a pirate never gets old.

No pods, no casters

Quite a few games that are still sitting to this day...

Dark Souls, Doom 3, Eos Daggerfall & Arena, Assassin's Creed III, and Hollow Knight

Skyrim for Xbox and Switch (Goddamnit Todd)

And I still haven't even played it on either console.

Risk of Rain 2 for PC. I'd been playing it on Switch since 2020. I bought it to play on Steam Deck in 2022, then proceeded to go back to playing it on Switch until that controversial DLC dropped like a week ago and I was shocked to see I'd never even touched it on PC.

Fuck you give me money!
