I think you may need to provide more info on the project to obtain additional interest on what you're looking for.

Sure.
I would like for Female voices; (Southern Accent, Moody Emo, 12 year old boy, Creepy Girl)
Male Voices; (A Gruff Voice, Scratchy Teenage Voice (sort of like Morty), Low monotone voice, And a voice that sounds like Sheen Estevez from Jimmy Neutron)
What's the show medium? What's the show about? What's the length committment?

It's a lighthearted action show about teenage superheroes and at minimum for a couple of episodes
I would be down to try a role or to if you're okay with an amateur VA.

My apologies, I haven't created one yet.

I suggest you write a couple of sample dialog lines for all character so people can audition properly. A demo doesn't necessarily say anything about how well someone will perform a character, you're not willing to pay so you'll have to count on working with mostly starting VA who will generally not have a demo, and you'll want to build a sense of trust with anyone who applies that you actually have a decent plan.
The very limited way in which you're promoting this screams "I have no idea what I'm doing" even though you seem to have a decent track record. Regardless, you're going to have a lot of trouble getting people on board like this - especially seasoned actors who won't even reply. Not judging you, just trying to have you consider your approach. I wish you the best of luck with it.
UPDATE: I am now only looking for female voice actors as of this moment
