I've seen alot of great animations, but are there any good animations with fight scenes in it?
it could be 3d, 2d, sprite battles, madness battles. stuff like that.
maybe someone's made a playlist with all the coolest fight scenes already.

Xiao Xiao was the king of this stuff on early newgrounds. There are others but I never forgot his stuff, sticks in my mind even now.
This old (mostly) fight animation by Oney still holds up

I remember seeing "Xiao Xiao" as a toddler, or something? (I know there are concerns about Gen Alpha’s internet use, but now that I'm studying in college, I can look back at those times. Not many people had PCs back then.)
The Chinese are truly the masters of art — whether in ancient or modern times. Before "Black Myth: Wukong", "Genshin Impact", and "Honkai: Star Rail", there was this animated classic.

Not strictly, came up with it on the fly. My favorites are eclectic and sporadic. BUT. The good news is, in the kind of honestly asinine hidden search feature, you can customize the genre! For instance, this is all "action" movies that were curated by moderators to be worthy of the front page. It's a wide range, so you can narrow it by wanting things longer than 30 seconds, choosing by date, extra tags, the most recent, the most viewed, etc. You can toggle frontpaged for a wider range of action movies, etc, some gems, some not. This is definitely your best bet for a starting point. Playing around with the various switches, while keeping the "action" genre, I've found:
Xiao Xiao, Madness Combat, and more. And that's just me skimming the surface. Even if parody, you can be sure if it's under the action genre, it will be hot.

I, too, was a wee lad when Xiao Xiao was releasing his content. In hindsight, he was truly talented, using such ancient tools to produce such smooth animation. Even rudimentary 3D, which was quite rare at the time.
Madness Combat is the fight animation of Newgrounds. The main series plus all the fanworks should give you more than enough high quality fight scenes to scratch that violence ich.
For a more recent one, there's D-Slick's latest animation, which offers truly beautiful visuals and a truly awesome fightscene:
