Everything loads just fine on my home Wi-Fi except for movies on Newgrounds, they're loading slower than anything else. I checked ethernet usage in task manager, and movies load at 300-1000 kbps, while every other website load at a faster speed (17 mbps). Also movies load fast on my mobile network on phone

Have you tried selecting 360p? If not, try that and see how that works. (Play the movie, click the gear icon in the player lower right hand side, select 360p).
Sometimes network connectivity to our servers is poor for some users. You can test this here:
Click server selection.
Select [CA] - Beauharnois.
Click start test.
Let it run.
Click the share button when it's finished.
Copy the top link.
PM it to me.
If it's network connectivity to our hosting provider there isn't much we can do unfortunately.
