Supporter subscription failed to renew?

I just noticed the "become a supporter" banner pop up today, so I re subscribed even though I already have auto renew turned on. However, it still doesn't seem to show that I'm a supporter... My last auto renew notice PM was 9/13. Something going on in the back end?

Edit: I was charged for newgrounds supporter for 4.99 on 10/14. I think there is a bug somewhere. I'm worried that I'm now paying for two supporter subscriptions, one for 3$ and one for $5 x.x And it still gives me pop ups asking to become a supporter. I was able to participate in takeover tuesday, so the change happened between then and now.

You’re not the only one. My subscriber status is no longer there despite paying it on the 3rd of every month. Something’s must be up with the system entirely then. I would personally leave the subscriber stuff alone until Staff fixes it.

I'm so sorry. I noticed that everyone's supporter status seems to have been revoked—I don't see any supporters. I was just in the supporter party, and then all of a sudden I couldn't get in. And I can't re-buy.

This is a very strange bug.

We have to hold off on purchasing supporter until the system is fixed by the staff.

@larrynachos I would consider sending a DM to Tom about getting a refund for that extra subscription.

I was recently given the status of a supporter for a year... Something just took and delayed a whole year! I hope this will be fixed soon

I don't think I checked the auto renew, so I only have the one subscription. I don't want a refund, newgrounds is 3$ richer today xD

Here I thought that a payment of mine declined but I suppose I'm not the only one with this issue when I looked further into it on my end.

EDIT: DM'd Tom about it just now, hoping to get this resolved.

I was worried because the last thing I did was arguing with a user in the supporter forms and uploading an image of a user calling themselves the R word, so I can prove a point. But I kind of feel bad right now because all this argument with them might get out of hand. How chill are we with the R word? And also arguing with other users?

For anyone curious, DioShiba is experiencing the original problem - the one that was being looked into when everyone accidentally showed up as not having Supporter status for a minute. Jim will be able to get that sorted in the morning but if anyone else is still missing a Supporter badge, you can message me.
