In case you've been living under a rock, MUGEN is a freeware game that lets you customize it in many ways, as well as having thousands of different characters and stages to download and play. So if you ever wanted to see Underdog duke it out with Superman, or Homer Simpson fight against Peter Griffin, you can do it with MUGEN! I've done some fighters for MUGEN before (which are just half-ass spriteswaps of existing fighters, since they were made when I was pretty young), but nowadays I just make stages. So, do you remember MUGEN?I haven't heard that name in years. I played a few times, made a bunch of incomprehensible piles of sprites I called characters, and it was fun. But just like Gmod, you can grow tired of having to be the one to pull the cart every single time. And to be honest, when I played Gmod for the first time, I never came back to MUGEN. Maybe I'll revisit it someday.
I've never gotten tired of MUGEN since I play it if I got nothing else to do. And my old "characters" I've made were spriteswaps of other people's characters. I've made several punching bags as well (which were also spriteswaps). You can see a bunch of my unoriginal creations duke it out here:
It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a frog!
