song about evil stuff?? mod help??

I wrote a song about suicide. its in my projects, not published. not gorey. but pretty explicit. i want to publish it but also i dont want to get in trouble.

its basically a note that allowed myself to come back from depression a few months ago. i return to it when i start to ideate. its helped?? like genuinely?? but also im worried about other people and about being banned bc i love this site.

It's edgy, but not for the sake of it, yk?

SoundCloud explicitly says no suicide, so its not going there. NG terms are unclear, also there was a song a couple years ago about the emotion of suicide that was frontpaged but it definitely wasn't as explicit as what I wrote (which is the moment as you're dying).

also couldn't find a thread on the BBS or a Fulp post about it. but i might also be using the wrong terms to search for idk

wondering if anyone has rules-experience with this sort of thing. I think its pretty divisive from a moral standpoint to post, but i think its something that I haven't been able to shake and have grown to stand by and my friends have said they "like" to listen to when they feel really shitty. Especially recently.

I think if the submission is submitted as M Content it should be fine. Heavy topics like that are submitted frequently in other kind of arts here and whatnot.

Of course, I'm not a mod and I don't know the rules of NG exactly, but there shouldn't be any problem afaik!

Don't worry, it's all cool.

If you set it to an "A" rating, people are going to be pissed because they'll assume it's fap material, and when it turns out not to be. There's also no penalty for setting the song to an "A" rating.

You can set the song to "M"
