-Adventure Sonic would say something snarky about the weirdos but give the artists and fanfic authors some cool words of affirmation. 2020s Sonic would probably do the same but would turn a blind eye to the weird porn
-I'm certain that Boom Sonic would just shine a spotlight exclusively on the weirdos and say something really mean and condescending implying that all Sonic fans are like this.

Original Sonic would probably be confused by most of the weird...aspects of fan works, but would probably approve at some of the better fan art. (The more modern Sonic would probably warn him in advance)
The modern Sonics would probably flinch at first at the more weird stuff, and probably snark at the whole thing, and in a more adult setting, probably get a couple bottles of liquor to drown it out.
