I was talking to a friend of mine who had assumed I was scouted because he saw there wasn't any option to scout me on my art. Which confused me because I am definitely not scouted and he hasn’t been castrated, as he can scout others. My art does not appear in the approved portal, only in the undiscovered feed.
I tried combing the rules of scouting a few times, and saw nothing about being blocked from being scouted. I saw one forum post where someone said it was an intentional feature that some people get ‘Anti-Scouted’ but couldn’t find any evidence to that anywhere else. Does anyone know what's happening?
