DEEP BREATH

Now! My idea which I'm kind of Procrastinating with, (ADHD not withstanding)

is a compliation of my 4 best ideas. I'm determined to get it on streaming like

TADC or Hazbin Hotel, as of recent motivations from a good friend (or a good friend of a friend of mine)

I've been wanting to do cartoons since forever now, and I feel it is approprite for me to share with you

guy my idea for a four partter 22 minute variety show I call "Imagination Salad".

6 minutes a pop, it's basically the same thing with Speilberg's animation like Animaniacs and stuff where he couldn't

fit into so long a choice of an idea.

but.....who else did that? remember Evil Con Carne? it got replaced by Billy and Mandy because the creator would

rather work on a show about two kids taunting the grim reaper instead of a parody of GI Joe.

so what is "Imagination salad"? well, before I explain can I just ask: what are YOUR indie animation projects?

I'd love to know. really, I would.

hmmmmmm better make it quick.

here's my 4 idea rapid fire:

  1. Lab Living

Lab animals having adventures. like Secret of NIMH on Steroids.

2.Kyle & Maria

the stories of an Autistic couple; don't get heated. they are wonderful people. Kyle is a military weapons designer, and his

wife is a wheelchair-bound singer. she has great singing talent.

3.Fantasy Chuckle

tired of anime parodies looking like THIS?!

WOO HOO CARAMEL DANSEN QUOTES FROM CADDY SHACK MONTY PYTHON CHIBIS

AND MUSIC BY EVERYONE FROM THE 90S AND EARLY 2000S

fret no more because this parody of anime spoofs the signature animation from the land of the rising sun

much like Mel Brooks, Austin Powers or Lesley Neilson does!!!

not convinced? wait till the teaser!

and finally

my Magnum Opus:

Vixion Warfare. I'm currently trying to get it as a book series. it's been since 2006 now.

it's the story of Klaus, a rock star in college who gets swept into intergalactic

war, who becomes the savior of his people by fighting the evil Mad scientist "Lucious Valentine Zeopold".

so that's all!

I gotta get to work on that damn pilot! been trying to use GIMP.

man, I hate using coloring with Fireapalca GIFs.

My main indie animation idea is something called Afterlife Dilemma. It's about a grasshopper-like individual named Albert who wants to live in the Afterlife peacefully, but realizes not all is at peace. Since the Afterlife is comprised of multiple floating islands (including one major central island) with different purposes, Albert and friends will have to travel across those areas to protect the islands from any danger.

Another idea would be a sci-fi+cyberpunk kind of thing set on the planet of Sinvol, where it follows four villain protagonists: Precisa, Scorpetrator, Tun'Duur, and Downbeat. Haven't gotten anywhere with that one as much as the former idea, but I have to get started on the Afterlife thing.

right, right. and what inspired these two ideas?

hehe. don't be afraid of having too many ideas, trust me I know the struggle.

To most of an extent, Regular Show and somewhat of a fantasy anime influence with some twists. That’s for Afterlife Dilemma.

The unnamed Sci-fi/Cyberpunk has some Unreal/Unreal Tournament aesthetic influences, believe it or not.

I’m planning on using some Ultraman influences in maybe both ideas.

I have a couple half baked ideas, but nothing really fleshed out. I'm not much of a writer and I don't consider myself funny either. So plot is a bit of a struggle.

I have come up with a generic premise to connect super short , disconnected animations into something longer, but that's about it so far.

The concept that's farthest along is intended to eventually be a surreal horror series. I dreampt up the character and premise over a decade ago. As said, adding to that start to make a story that makes sense, has been my barrier. I also feel the need to skill up first, I'm still learning.

hey yeah thanks for the feed back! everyone I know seems to love the heck out of those two!

but my magnum opus also gets a lot of credit! but nobody even vaguely understand the Fantasy Chuckle idea

Kyle and Maria was created personally.

and Lab Living? it's basically my Spongebob/Mickey Mouse/Bugs Bunny....Woody and Buzz, Shrek and Donkey,

Mario Sonic

Ice Age

Superman and Spiderman

you you ya get it

keep it up,

I've been animating myself since age 12

I believe in you, try doing like your own idea like "The Far side"

tiny pannels with a caption.

it's so damn funny!

I discovered it like 20 years ago! but be careful searching it.

ixnay on the Orth1000-Way!

Wanted to say I love your ideas, too, especially Syvlykk’s Vixion Warfare and Fantasy Chuckle.

yeah. those are the hardest ones to pin down

Obviously I’ve been planning this for a while so here it is

Sentients, following the misadventures of a young Poweral named Ava and an android named Jonah stuck in a government facility with beings like them and trying to find a way out. Pretty much Gumball/Regular Show mixed with Trigger Anime and some SCP/Gravity Falls thrown in

cool!

I love Gravity Falls!

Wouldn't it be so cool if they made a Tell Tale Point and Click game in the same vein as Walking dead

with Gravity Falls characters!?

but for real, follow your dreams.

and I know people will tell us animators "Unrealistic" but have you even seen a cartoon before?

tell me about the tone, I would love to hear more. oh. and how did you come up with that?

It starts off as a dark comedy with action thrown in and it gets more serious as it goes on (still with some comic relief). I came up with the concept by mixing aspects of Gumballs world and SCP.

Here’s a Doc for more information:

Well, I kinda wanna make some cartoons, and maybe make a movie. I wanna make some cartoons like The Adventures of The Cool Bros, where 2 noobs go on wacky adventures. Maybe I can make some cartoons about Kody, Colen, Emily, Ederan, James, and more. I wanna make an animeish movie about a demon in a relationship with a bookworm. I call it "The Demon and The Bookworm." I made 10 chapters of it right now, but most are unreleased. Or maybe just make some funny stuff like "A Cartoon about a Man who listens to some Car Tunes." Maybe I could be a voice actor on my way there. JUST maybe.

A Criminal Medic deconstructs his foes and reconstructs those who are of use to him. He is hard to kill due to his expertise. Unworthy criminal operations have betrayed the Medic to use powerful specemines for evil, rather than innovations in medicine for the good of all. The Medic is to eliminate threats and obtain powerful specemines to restore forgotten societies. Choreography is to highlight the violence and resilience of the Medic.

OH MAN, I'VE WAITED THIS FOR SO LONG

_____________________

The year is... Well... Whelp, the point is, it's the future.

After a dangerous, horrible and dark war known as "The Genesis" which almost killed entire humanity, all the people on earth started to start again and move to live in the skies. Each part of their world decided to make their own islands to preserve life. So, that's how the Mirai Islands came up to be.

In the island of Mechatropic not just humans and animals live there, there's robots and machinery which helps the people around, it's like a normal thing there. But what about these guys?

iu_1376112_9123886.webp

Meet May and Mumble.

One is a robot which is the only one with actual thoughts and feelings of her own, created by a lonely proffesor to be her daughter, a carefree, juvenile, action, adventure, baseball and food loving teenager... Who also haves a unique stone known as Layla Stone as her heart, which bring attention to many baddies... Luckily she's got the moves to kick butts around.

The other is a funny thing, nobody knows where he cames from, but he's a funky guy. Wisecracking, sassy, cocky and loves to smacktalk. Despite that he's a good guy, he's May main pal, always hanging around her. A quite neat duo. Both live in Mechatropic alongside their friends, foes and more, where adventure, action and more ensues. These two are two cool guys!

There's more people around the wind of tomorrow, after all it's a huge world with friends and foes around.

Let's have fun in the urban jungle of tomorrow!

I still don't have any real animation of them, but man, I'VE COOKING WITH THIS SINCE 2017.

And i really hope to mke this a reality someday.

I have a bunch of art related, characters info and scripts! Feedback would be good tho-

sounds like something my friend would make.

tho he can't because he has no interest in making anything.

at least he enjoyed Aggrestko.

Back in muh college days, I thought up an idea for an animated series based on a bunch of backwood kids discovering, disrupting and then unleashing a fantasy realm upon the planet. I called it 'Oakeys' since it would largely be focused on children of low income families in a largely rural area, and that's what the term is slang for. Found out later that while it is a term for a redneck, it's specifically a term for a redneck from Oklahoma.

I was learning 3D animation at the time and was able to develop some characters into 3d models.

iu_1382430_9770022.webp

I made a couple animatics, occasionally used the models in animated clips while trying to find work, but it all fell by the wayside after I couldn't land interviews and just got stuck finding whatever local income I could scrounge.
