i remember testing a few of them on ruffle and they were working! but that was ages ago. any idea which ones are currently working on ruffle?

I don't know, the version I played of Bloons TD 1-5 is on the Ninja Kiwi Archive and the only times I played here on Newgrounds is with the Newgrounds Player.
I also remember played the version of BTD1 with ruffle at some months ago on Kongregate.
