Depends what type of eyes you want to make. Anime eyes, normal eyes, alien eyes, cat eyes, stick figure eyes?
mostly Anime and maybe some things like cats eyes..

no problem its supposedly the best tut site
err... no luck... help plz!!!
I'm getting desperate!
The best advice I can give you is to get some magazines or books out and take a good look at people's eye shapes, then draw from them until you can memorise basic eye structure. This list has some links to eye tutorials:
one thing that bugs me is when ppl make books and stuff teaching how to draw liek anime...and it doesnt look like anime at all
the how to draw manga books by hikaru hayashi are very good, and done from japan, not some wetersn artest that just kinda draw the eyes and chin and call it anime...its kinda whole style, not just wide eyes small chins and long legs
the thing is every artest has his or her own style, so you cant really teach ppl to gather that, it just comes
i would say pick up one of the hikaru hayashi books..that is if you know how to draw from the start..
it doesnt so much teach you how to dra w as it teaches the basic styles, forms and look to anime as a whole, more then just the stand out points...
i maybe could make a good tut for anime on ng, i have been doing it my whole life.
but ima SUCKY TEACHER and dont really know much about action script.
DUDE.... you would be like... *can't think of a word*
IT would be great if you could help me... PLZ!!!
lol... I really love drawing on paper, and have become good at it, and I am starting to incorporate that into flash.. but I can't figure the dang facial expressions and characteristics out! Err!
ill make you somthing over the week

I agree completely. We have these "how to draw anime" books by some guy named Chris Danger or something. I mean just by the cover, you can tell the American coloring methods, the American joint allignment, and the American proportioned face. >.o doesn't look anything like Anime.
do you know about naruto? well he has some kind of "cat" eyes which looks pretty koool
I think I know who your talking about... and it's not that I don't have the drawing skill... my drawings look fine, if not great... it's that problem with not being able to finish the face completly that sucks... errr
thx tho guys!
