I am new to newgrounds and flash and i cant get the sound in to my flash! some one please help me!
you want to import it into your flash
go to file/import to libray, select the wav or mp3 you want and import it
if you have some probs importing mp3's its a speed issue , try gold wave or audicy to solv that problem if it acuures

ok after you import the sound into your libray, you will want to highlight a part on your keyframe(i suggest havinga new layer just for sound)
on the bottom of your screen in your properties you will see a drop down menue with sounds, select the sound you wish to use

-After selecting your sound in the properties menu, u should select to stream the sound this really helps to cut lag, and to make your sound stay in sync! =D
-If your sound goes out of sync and all your sound is even streamed then do this! =D when publishing go to your publishing menu and click on the flash tab at the bottom there should be an area for the options for audio stream and it should be set to something around 16kbps, set this vaule higher to something around 24 or higher and your sound should now be in sync if all your audio is in the stream format, also try higher kbps ratings if your sound is still way out of sync :Beware: the higher the kbps rating is the higher your file size will be!

SECOND: Just click the sound wile your at the right frame.
THEN: it will all work just fine.
