Change the mouse to cross hairs

what am i supposed to do to change the little arrow into cross hairs in flash 4. Also does this work for the entire movie, or just a single scene.

That isn't possible in Flash 4, only in Flash 5. You can attach a crosshair to the mouse so it drags around, though.
