I saved it by going to file>save as, then i went to file>publish, but where do i find the swf file at?

No, I didn't submit it, and i feel pretty stupid for not noticing that sarcasm... wow...i dunno how i missed that, anyway, i made another frame by frame without stick figures, does anyone know where a tutorial is for having your character say something, then stop, not just having music play throughout the whole thing?
