is there one out there so I can put the files on my PSP? The only ones I can find make the .swf files into .avi okay but the file goes from 25 megabytes to well over 4 gigabytes (no joke) So if anybody can find that or a .swf converter that makes files directly for the psp either would help.

Well, SWF is a very small format, but 4 Gb is way huge. I remember seeing one on download.com a long time ago. Also, if it is too big, you might want a compressor.
I have a converter that takes most files and makes them mp4 it just doesn't convert .swf

What kind of error message are you getting?
File > Export > export movie... > change the filetype to avi, or whatever.
