Maybe, you should take a year off. It's what I did before i jumped into college, since I wasnt 100 percent sure which field I wanted to take. Maybe even take the chance to travel, or work and save up. I mean, if you're willing to get your course done, then you should, but if you're really not sure, and can't find yourself to doing anything, it's not worth to waste the time and money there.
Exactly.
I'm taking a year and a bit off so I could work and "save". Hell, I have a spot in a nursing school, but I don't want to do that anymore (in 2 years time, bah). I am still slightly iffy on what I want to do, and I knew I didn't want to immediately jump into college/university if I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life. I also didn't want to waste the money on something I would most likely regret.
A lot of my friends basically went straight to university, and THEY don't know what to do, so they're wasting time and money for something they don't know if they'll know what they want to do with their life 5 years from now.
Sometimes college isnt for everyone, maybe this program isnt. I wouldnt say quit, but take a break. Go out and do something different and figure that shit out. No rush in figuring out your entire life right now anyways, so taking a year off shouldnt be anything too long or too short.
Shouldn't be a problem.
Take a break, gather your thoughts, start thinking about what you want to do, or at least have a general direction that you want to go. If you want to do something involving animals, go work in a pet store or a veterinary clinic cleaning up, even. Just work in the field you're thinking of pursuing, and go from there.
Don't be pressured to go to school when you're not ready for it. There are always those older, middle-aged people who go to university who finally decided to go back to school. :)
Hope you figure out what to do. :)
