The reason the NewGrounds staff makes the videos available to users that put fourth effort to get experiance, is to reward them. It isn't meant to be given to users that have minimal experiance, because then where is the incentive of leveling!
As it says in the secret video portal 'Do not link to others'; so requesting this in-itself is probably against regulation.
A good idea, is to start showing effort in submitting points every day and leveling your account to the point where you dont have to ask for videos, and have them all yourself! That way YOU will be giving advice to the newer members.
