At the moment, the site doesn't even seem to be loading for me. However, I did run into the same problem you're having a few days ago when attempting to download sound files (came up with a 404 error for all files). It's most likely that the location where the sounds were hosted went down, but the links or files were never fixed or replaced.
If that's the case, you'll just have to wait until the sound files are replaced and uploaded.
I did find this site, though, which seems to be hosting similar files of that of ESF world. Use Ctrl + F5 for "sound(s)" to find what you're looking for and download as needed (for example, I downloaded a "Mystic Vegeta - Brolly Sound pack" and everything worked fine).
I tried. It's not working. I click Ctrl-F5 on the link and download text, but it's not working.

Awesome, thanks for that. You see, like I told someone else in another topic; being vague in descriptions of problems makes it impossible to tell what the problem is, or how to troubleshoot it.
I suppose I'll attempt to walk you through the arduous process:
Instead of the first link I provided, go here instead (it's more relevant and helpful to your cause, for sure). Now there are quite a few options to choose from, so let's say you need some Trunks sounds. So, if I were you, I'd go ahead and clicking on the Truck's Sounds link. With me so far? Great.
You've now got a variety of options to choose from. I'm going to go ahead and clicking on the fairly enticing Warbandit - Trunks Sound pack. Here comes the tricky part, though: downloading the file.
On the "Trucks Sound pack" page there should be a "DOWNLOAD" link; I want you to click that. If nothing happens, check for the following on your browser:
- A pop-up blocker. If so, disable it and try again
- Javascript is enabled. If not, enable it.
Once you've got it working, a pop-up will appear including the file download link for your file. Wait three seconds or so, and clicking the "HIER" button to start your download! If you're not sure how to open a .rar filetype, be sure to have the proper software. Enjoy.
