I think the closest we've really got is a UK Webcomix Thing in London, that Weebl, Eddsworld and other webcomicers go to. I didn't go to it this year cos I had no money at the time.

But yeh, apart from the few that people have already whined about, it's nice to see some good original stuff getting into the top 5. Chuck's New Tux in particular is one of my faves.

Applecon was great, it felt more genuine and real. Comicon is this huge convention where you're overshadowed by huge ass companies like Warner Brothers, and not that many people seemed to know what NG was. Applecon is more laid back and seemed like NG had a fitting place there. Looking forward to joining up with you guys on more adventures like this.
well, I didn't much care for the big apple con, but I'm going to St. John's on Thursday. :/

Oh, I would want to go to ComicCon someday. I'm in SF, so its 500 miles away which is about a 7 hour drive. And because of age, I just could not do that. Unless there is some train or bus that can take me straight there and back, I'll have to wait until I'm older. Sounds fun though ;D
