No clue. Maybe Garry hates you. I guess try not to save too much...if this problem continues, you could re-install steam, and everything else.

Re-installing Garry's mod would probably do the trick. It only started recently. I mean, its not too big of a deal, because posing doesn't take too long. But when you're doing scenes, it kinda matters.
