I have yet to understand why people think that you can just take a movie, make it perverse, and have it been funny. It isn't. I don't mind vulgarity, but you need to have something other than JUST vulgarity if you want it to be funny.
If you want ass-rape and blow-job jokes, go watch Scary Movie again. It's obviously more your thing anyway.
