I realize that I recently submitted a piece of garbage for a trailer, in which the quality when converted was pretty bad. But to make up for such a sin as that I have submitted an unofficial version of Star's War 1.5: A New Dope, it is not an actual scene from the movie but just a short animation that was put together to see what it may look like. This is not in the final film which will be released near the end of the month.

Time to clear some things up eh? YES...it made no sense, It is not even a scene from the movie, and guess what else, this was not even done by our animator at DontAsk Inc. Films. It was done by someone else, so expect much better quality from the movies. How you cant understand the old man and the "child" well baffles me, I can hear them just fine. This sample is bascially in no way what the final movie will be like, seeing that it was a rough incomplete version and not even done by the animator. So people, read this and give it a rest. You can tell me 100 times it makes no sense, you think I didnt know that before I posted it? Cmon now, in the end when the real movies come out, its going to be a silly game of "I told you so". I dont want to sound like a terrible person, but Star's War cannot be judged upon this.

Not bad.

I liked your characters, they were well drawn, and the mouth movements were fairly decent.

However, I think you should do a bit more work on the actual movement/animation of say...walking...swinging a saber...crawling etc.

It looked quite good, and the humour was definitely there, the voices were either too muffled or too loud for it, perhaps balancing the sound more would make it easier to listen to.

Also, I thought Anakin sounded like 'Wimp Lo' from Kung Pow: Enter the Fist. Funny. :)

Well sorry, just trying to give some friendly criticism. Well done with this, I hope to see a longer scene soon.

quite similar to the movies score, no? hehehe.
well, apart from that fact that it didnt make any sence at all, it wasnt too bad.... but it was still bad. heh.
the graphics were ok: all of the characters were drawn pretty well.
animation could have been better: there wasnt very much animation in this 'teaser', so i'm thinking that there wont be too much in the actual movie :S
sound: now, this is the area where you really need to improve on things...
i could hardly understand what the old guy, and little kid were saying! the voice quality was bad, and the volume was pretty low. and that sort of thing can destroy a movie instantly...
so overall, it wasnt terrible, but could use some more animation, and better sound quality.
overall score: 4.5/10

It was a bit slow at times but had good graphics. The sound was alright.
