Alright here's the deal,
I submitted something "SIMILAR" to this a few hours ago, I tweaked it, and now you have everything you requested: Music Backgrounds and it'S no longer a drag and drop.
If you complain about the filesize, then you are completely unpleaseable.
Btw, the little scrolling text at the bottom is the credits.

Well if I didn't have to download CD quality music just to build a deck from like five total parts, maybe I wouldn't be so pissed.
Please lower the quality of the music so it downloads just a little faster. And good god, would it hurt to have maybe a few MORE choices when it comes to wheels and trucks? Decks too for that matter, but I suppose those might be harder to make.
This was crap.
