Petals Around The Rose
"...the smarter you were, the longer it took to find it out..." (==> Read the full History in the game.)

This is a riddle about the petals around a rose: throw the dice and find out how many petals the rose has got.
Only a basic understanding of math is required and an open and creative mind.
There's always only 1 correct answer.
Once you've figured it out, please don't spoil the fun (or pain) for others by telling them to anwser.

Thanks to Chris Davis of "http://crux.baker.edu/c

very nice.

at first i was trying to overcomplicate it. i was trying to find a pattern in the even or odd numbers, the sum, difference, product, of the first two, last two, whatever.... numbers. I realized this was just too much. after about 10 minutes of this, i just looked at the dice. Then i got it. i guess just easing up can do a lot of good, instead of needlessly stressing your brain.

interesting

that was a pretty complex game, but once you figure out the riddle to this one... then it makes perfect sense and was more fun to play and/or figure out.

Eh

I kinda knew the answer before playing, I played a game that was exactly the same. Except it was only 2 dice used, had a rhyme to go along with it to introduce the new members to it and to explain how to play, and the rhyme had the riddle and clues in it. And it was called something around the lines of How many polar bears are sitting around the water hole, but had the same riddle and everything =P
Good work though! Would be cool if you had added some animation to the dice rolling, or something.

wow

i finally got it after like 10 mins of trying to fugure it out. i feel a sense of satisfaction

?

I couldn't figure it out
