So you're a communist leader returned from the dead, what do you do? Karl Marx knows.

My first attempt at Flash. I cranked it out in about 6 hours. The sounds not great and it doesn't have a preloader and probably won't work right.
Gimme some suggestions and stuff and I'll try to make my future stuff better.

How misinformed whoever does one have to be?

I do not feel this movie does anything close to an adequate explanation of Marxism. At worst, it's a propaganda film. Let me educate you on what Marxism REALLY is:

Marxism is not about world domination. It's a system of economics intended to alleviate the suffering of the working class caused by capitalism and imperialism, not just through charitable donation but through mass revolution, the only way that true progress has come. Marxism is a brand of scientific socialism and essentially the indirect product of the Enlightenment, seeing as it came from a fusion of Hegelian dialectics (the idea of societal evolution through phases; economically speaking this entails: hunter-gatherer nomadic systems, slave economy, feudalism, capitalism, socialism, true communism), the French Revolution (the Enlightenment's natural outcome and the standard of all urban revolutions), and English economics. All of these were direct products of the Enlightenment. Furthermore, Marx never called for world domination for that would be imperialism, Marx's Number 2 enemy (his Number 1 enemy being, of course, capitalism). "Workers of the world, unite!" essentially means this is an international movement and that all working people are oppressed by capitalism the world over, regardless of silly dividing factors such as race, religion, and ethnicity (factors which only seek to divide and cause confusion among the working classes, preserve the supremacy and power structures of capitalism, and alienate the revolution from the people). Marx stated basically that he hoped his message would spread all over the world and workers would be liberated by common struggles, not forced into anything by a government apparatus or an all-seeing omnipotent individual. Haven't all great philosophers and scientists dreamed of a world where their ideas were recognized, accepted, and applied far and wide? How is this any different? And (on a final note) who wouldn't want a philosophy that believes in liberation to "take over the world?"

Karl Marx wasn't a communist leader

As a matter of fact he wasn't a leader of anything, just a philosopher.

Bad flash by the way, but it was your first

That is all.

HA HA HA HA squirrals ar awsome, but i cant spell them :'( WHAAA...
The univenger was cool too!

Not too good.....

Wow, it's kinda funny how little you know about Marxism; it's people like you who continue to give communism a bad name solely because you heard propaganda blasting it. Nonetheless, I will not go on about how uninformed you are because there are many other reviews that do just that. If you ever do more cartoons, I recommend you research a bit beforehand.

Anyway, if you guys want to see a good cartoon about Karl Marx (with miniscule political opinion, although it is correct) check out The Communist Adventures of Karl Marx, which is also on Newgrounds (go look it up). That series has good animation and is funny.
