Spend more time on it
I do play FFXI, and I still didn't get it... what were you trying to go for here? Whatever it was you didn't communicate it well.
You also need to work on your timing with the shots... some of the scenes just seemed to "hang" for several seconds without doing much of anything.
Spend a little bit more time on your style and animation, it seemed like you just threw it together pretty quickly... plan it out, and know what you are doing before you joump right into it.

Thanks for your response, it was very helpful, my next project is going to be about vincent from ffvii and ill take at least 2 weeks to make it.
