There was no story
Work more on the story, there was nothing too interesting in this movie...
simple concept
I like the concept of a clown pulling pranks on unsuspecting people, i say work on your graphics a little, spend a little more time doing tweens and detailing, maybe make a mini series out of it, and you just might have some newgrounds material.
