I think you could have tried a little harder to truly make a movie called Random Carnage. In fact that was mostly mild violence at best

It was decent animation (especially on the blood) and it was indeed "random carnage" , and i love the exploding asylum guy.
Okay...
Funny, but a little creepy. I liked how the kid in the hat kept smiling while he was being cut open. Perhaps make another one, only longer and set to music.
Still, all in all good. I give it a 9 for being kinda creepy.
It made me lol, but it lacks plot
I like the style and the humor, but it lacks plot. The style is great, and it seems similar to some of the really god animations here on newgrounds. Make a longer movie with a plot (and violence ^^) and I think you'll have good material.
