If he was singing you need to work on the lip sycnhnorization and then it will be perfect

I would wait a bit before submitting it though.
You should really work on your lip synch, which means it may not be up by tomorrow, but it would really improve the quality of your flash.
The drawings are nice, and I like the simple animation, though there was one scene that lasted a bit too long...
I would also add a fade to your song at the end there, so it doesnt stop abruptly...
But nice job overall.
