You really need to add more things to this, like make a tutorial on multiple things (that you know how to do). I know there are many tutorials out there for things like Photoshop or Paint, etc. but dosn't mean you cant make one either.
I never think something needs a 0 unless it has things like racism, or things like a blank screen where all it does is change colors, at least you had the effort to make something which should qualify for a score of something 5/10 or more. (I'm giving a 10/10 because I'm not a asshole and because whats the use of giving anything under it?).
