It's a start
There's a billion games like this, and most of them are better than yours. It needs some work, and graphics beyond paint. Otherwise it's a start. :) Gl

OK guys so after reading most of your reviews (thanks for the praise and thanks for the criticism) im gonna improve on what you guys have suggested but i was wondering what you guys think the title of the game should be and and additional power ups that i should add. This is by no means a finished game and its just something that i wanted to show to a freind of mine.
But i am hoping to finish this game and i hope you guys like what you guys see in what i have so far.
Rate it as you see fit.
And umm it stops at lvl 2 so yeah

*edit As mentioned earlier some of the platforms are not workin in lvl 2 and i think that the reason why is because the ball is moving into the platforms side instead of landing on the top ill be sure to fix this.
Task:
Collect the gold coins without dying and collect the crosses to gain a hp boost
Controls:
arrow keys to move
spacebar to jump
NOT POINTLESS
this game is actually pretty fun! really great for your first flash game. just make more lvls and keep on going. and just fix the glitches and ull be fine
to be honest....
....i dont really like it.
1. its not my sort of game.
2.its really annoying wen u fall thru the floor.
3.wtf are the floatin red things for. are they supposed 2 b enemies or sumfin, cuz they dont do anything wen u touch em.

I'm guessing that you either copied code from some tutorial and had no idea what you were doing, or you tried writing the code all by yourself, with little to no actiont script knowledge. It was all around glitchy and "noobish". The graphics weren't amazing. put more effort into it.
I'm not trying to be mean, but if you finish off this game by adding ten more levels of the same style, I would still give it a 2
