MESSAGE TO AUTHOR: (READ ALL OF IT PLEASE) It really wierd becuase i was looking at my reviews for the quiz game and i saw yours and i was like hmm i wonder if he made his quiz yet and well now i can see that you did, so i checked it out and all of the refences are things i like. especially the halo ones. hey and um moderaters, dont delete this review becuase im not only talking about the quality, i might still be helping the author. Ever think about that???
Well anyway in terms of quality this wasn't exactly the best game but it had some potential. The scripting errors were kinda dissapointing, because all of the questions were skipable and even if you don't completly skip them, you can get your lives back very easily and it's almost impossible to lose. The quality of the flash was overall pretty poor, but as i have to expect that this is your first, it was not all that terrible. All of the aspects were so simple theyre kinda like glued together, kinda like how when you fist start doing something it's simple and you do more than one thing with only one controll. The biggest problem was though the fact that there really was no color. A little bit is better than nothing but really that is a pretty big aspect to a flash, because it adds a whole other aspect to originality and style. The questions did have a cool feature of hidden answers, but it still did need a little bit more.
Now, back to the more personal message. I see how i inspired your description with saying its not trying to rip off of the impossible quiz and not to just vote by the file size. I feel like i actually did something now lol. About the scripting i have some advice. With the game over thing what you can do is change the script to go to the first question instead of nextframe of whatever you have. To avoid people from cheating, all you have to do is remove the option to goto the next frame. I right now forget how to do this but if you search it on the web then there will probably be something on there that you can use. Also, it would be a good idea to make people solve questions in different ways such as the keyboard or something.
