Nice of you to celebrate the new president like this, but this is just a fairly good picture and nothing else
I kept waiting for it...
Reviews are supposed to focus on the production values of the Flash submission itself, and this will be no exception. There was almost zero animation. The looped light ray circle was the only thing that moved. In short, three stars for concept, and one star for the rotating light rays.
