needs some work

firstly, please, eliminate the loop.
secondly, the black bars on the top and bottom don't hide all the surface its suppose to.
thirdly, The story is a little too short, I would have like more of this 'on and on' thingy

Nice, that was actulally like the perfect scenario for that voiceclip, very good timing, and gesturing as well, and you have a nice style. It was a bit short, but the gag was good.

Good Animation

Things that could make this better are a pre-loader (feels more professional) and a letterbox technique that works (though why you would want a letterbox I don't know). It would also be nice if the film didn't repeat on its own.

Publishing things on Newgrounds makes it public, and the public usually expect a polished product. Thus, I just can't give this a great rating.

The animation is really good though, just don't let it down by leaving out the technical stuff.
