So I made this flash with a whole made up achievements.
Now I know these "medals" should be in games only, this is just in general.

Good, but lacking in content
It's a good general database on how to get achievements, although I think you could've added more content to make it more interesting. The soundtrack is also quite a bit repetitive.
Otherwise, cool achievements!
