I like this game because I like puzzles.

Click to enter a definite number, click again to enter possible numbers. 0 (Zero) clears a square. Instructions for each puzzle type in game. Simple, clean, straight, forward, no flashy graphics, no sound effects.
A new set of puzzles every day with extra tricky puzzles on the weekend.

But you should have put a difficulty option.
You also probably should have added some color.
Puzzles are fun, not just blacka nd white boring things O_o

Premium members only? Ehh... Does this mean your like going to make people pay for this on your website or something, cause... I mean it is just a puzzle game. I didn't think it was to bad, but I could think of at least 100 more entertaining things to do.

No, the puzzles are free. Premium members get access to the complete archive (going back two years) and the ads get turned off. Puzzle Daze itself is, and always will be, free to play.
