Quite an interesting game
Quite interesting but it is hard to control so i would give it a 5 and the 12 seconds goes to quickly. I would increase it to 30 seconds

Shoot the golf ball as far as possible in 12 seconds. You move the golf club by moving your mouse. Find the right technique to get a fast and precise shot.
Simple and short game.
