P.S: The first time I saw this, wow, you really had me going. I really thought at first it was going to be a pro-UN edutainment-documentary or something.
The voice is funny
But the animation was very simple. I'm assuming you're newer to flash, but there wasn't much movement. The voice acting was good, and synched up well with the flash, but it just wasn't catchy enough. It had some comedy to it though, so it wasn't all bad. Just put some effort into the animation itself next time instead of just focusing on making funny voice acting. It'll really bring out the best in a flash. Best of luck.

Simple jokes, simple animation, but it doesn't overreach. Voice acting is fun. Lots of room for improvement art wise, but a good submission.
