This is neither a movie nor a game.
It's purpose is to create unintrusive background noise, useful for when you want something making sound in the background, but don't want anything distracting.
Notes are triggered at random, the approximate rate can be adjusted using the slider at the top.
This is second in a series, each one with different sounds & moods.

I don't think it means blue, it is part of the phrase Halcyon Days.It means PEACE

Halcyon is the name of the over all project. I am releasing a number of these with different sound and moods, and naming each one after a colour. This one is the "blue" version, and is what I meant by the color in the name :)
