You should have went the extra mile.
There were 3 things you could have done: 1. Made him move when he was on the bear.
2. Colored the insides of their mouths
3. Show the alligator pit in action!

it needs music, i was startled by the loud bullets first thing lol
i liked your graphic movement, but on things like the aligator pit, you should have had the aligators moving or something, but pretty good
