If that's not his reason for buying a dress I don't know what is. You're going to have to work on the art and animation. I noticed that there wasn't much animation, but mostly scene skips. The art isn't too good. The spring dress looks like any ordinary dress, you need to detail it. It's going to need a lot of work. The audio is pretty good but some sound effects would contribute a lot to the flash. All together it's not that bad, I suppose the story is somewhat good but was a bit short and simple.

You have great ideas for shorts.
But you need to practice drawing a little more. There is not much of an improvement throughout your submissions.
